About TENNEN-NAVi
TENNEN-NAVi is Iodine-based antiviral agent / disinfectant / deodorizer with spray function. It is filled with newly developed dilute liquid called “Rangar CD-50” which is 100% natural materials. We have two types of bottle, one is “TENNEN-NAVi family(300mL)” for the household use and the other one is “TENNEN-NAVi mini(30mL)” for the personal portables.
Ingredients of TENNEN-NAVi
TENNEN-NAVi (Rangar CD-50) consists of Iodide, Natural deodorizing ingredients(Cyclic oligosaccharide), Natural organic acid and refined water.
- Iodide: Ingredient used in gargles, tincture of iodine, etc.
- Natural deodorizing ingredients: Used to stabilize ingredients that are easily volatilized or decomposed and to remove strange odors.
- Natural organic acid: An ingredient mainly found in citrus fruits as a souring agent.
- Refined water
Basic effects of TENNEN-NAVi

Bactericidal effect test results
Procedure of test
0.1 mL of bacterial liquid was added to 10 mL of Rangar CD-50, mixed, and after action at 20 ° C. for 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes, and 10 minutes, the virus was immediately diluted 10-fold using SCDLPA medium.
The viable cell count of this diluted solution was measured by a mixed plate culture method using SCDLPA medium, and converted per 1 mL of the test solution. In addition, refined water was used as a control test solution, and the viable cell count was measured after the addition of the bacterial solution and 30 minutes later.
Result
Rangar CD-50 has been shown to kill E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa within 30 seconds.
Virus Inactivation test results
Procedure of test
0.1 mL of floating liquid was added to 1 mL of Rangar CD-50, mixed, and immediately diluted using a cell maintenance medium after action at room temperature for 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes, 10 minutes, and 30 minutes. After inoculating virus-infected cells with this dilute solution and culturing the cells, the presence or absence of changes in cell morphology was observed, and the 50% tissue culture infection amount (TCID50) was calculated and converted into the virus infection titer per 1 mL.
Result
Rangar CD-50 has been shown to inactivate influenza virus within 3 minutes and feline calicivirus (a substitute for norovirus) within 30 seconds.
Deodorization test results
Procedure of test
After putting 1 mL of Rangar CD-50 in an odor bag (vinyl fluoride bag), 3 L of air and gas components were sealed. Then, the gas concentration in the odor bag was measured by a gas detector tube at predetermined time intervals. In addition, as a test target, the same attempt was made when nothing other than the sample was put in the odor bag and when 1 mL of water was added.
Result
Rangar CD-50 has been shown to have a deodorizing effect on Ammonia. Same effect could be shown on Hydrogen sulfide, Methyl mercaptan and Trimethylamine, too.

Precautions for use of TENNEN-NAVi
- TENNEN-NAVi is not a drug, quasi-drug nor cosmetic.
- TENNEN-NAVi is not a drink.
- Do not use if you develop skin conditions or if you have skin abnormalities.
- Rinse immediately with water when it gets into your eyes.
- Try in advance in an inconspicuous part before spraying on light-colored fibers or cloth.
- Do not use for precision machines and electrical appliances. It may cause a malfunction or electric leakage.
- Do not mix with other liquids, detergents or chemicals.
- Keep in a cool place away from direct sunlight
- Do not spray directly on your pet.
- Doorknobs made of iron or aluminum may rust on rare occasions.
- Effects of TENNEN-NAVi are not for all viruses and bacteria.
- Sustainability varies depending on the conditions of use.
